Presentation Skills of the Elite
Presentation skillsIt goes without saying that it's one thing to be able to sit in front of a prospect and talk but it's a completely different thing to be able to talk and present persuasively. Together we will dissect some of the greatest speakers and presenters and discover what makes them so hugely persuasive and how YOU can incorporate these essential skills.

Persuasive Story Telling
Unsurprisingly this is one of those subject that get monumental results instantly. Human beings LOVE a great story because they convey meaning, felling and context. We tell persuasive stories when persuading others to try a restaurant, watch a film or attend a party, we certainly don't read off a list of features and benefits! After this you will NEVER do a sales pitch the same.

Framing
Framing is the key component missing from traditional sales training courses and from standard sales presentations because knowing how your prospects make buying decisions based on how they information enables you to appeal to their natural YES response.

FramingWhich would you choose if you were a national leader deciding what to do about a natural disaster involving 600 people? Programme A or Programme B?

  • Program A: "200 people will be saved"
  • Program B: "there is a one-third probability that 600 people will be saved, and a two-thirds probability that no people will be saved

What about now with Programmes C & D?

  • Program C: "400 people will die"
  • Program D: "there is a one-third probability that nobody will die, and a two-third probability that 600 people will die

Programmes A & C are identical as are B & D however, 72% of people will choose A and then switch to D based purely on the framing of the statement!

Non Verbal Influence & Body Language
Non verbal and body language trainingNaturally this is a huge step up from your average folding of arm analysis. Pacing and Leading

Priming
Without question one of the most interesting facets of sales psychology. For an understanding of Priming then please do this simple exercise.

Out loud say these colours... At the end I will ask you to answer a simple question. [It's the very first reaction I require]

Covert Closing Strategies
Covert closingWith traditional closing being in existence for over 40 years it is no wonder that consumers and buyers are aware of the majority of techniques still being taught. Offer a discount, give an alternative choice etc etc
